Weatherford offers a range of wireline plug-back and mechanical services, for applications such as remediating unwanted water production and sidetracking. Our strong technology portfolio includes Extreme™ plugs; capable of expanding up to 165 percent, they can eliminate standby time associated with more conventional “petal-basket” operations. We also use a direct pump setting tool (DPST), a non-explosive, electro-hydraulic technology used to set bridge plugs, cement retainers, packers and straddles.
