What does Weatherford do?

How do I apply for a job at Weatherford?

Do I have to apply with a resume?

You do not have to upload a resume, however this is highly encouraged. Uploading your resume allows Weatherford recruiters to get a complete picture of your career experience and qualifications.

What happens after I submit my application online?

Once you have applied for a position, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your application and resume. You can also check the status of your application(s) by logging into your account and clicking on the My Careers Tool link at the top of the page. The job(s) you applied for and their current status will be listed.

Note: You will receive an email notification whenever any of these actions occur:

  • You apply for a job.
  • The recruiter or HR has scheduled an interview.
  • A job offer is given.
  • The recruiter or HR has linked your application to a job.
  • An employee refers your application.

What should I do if I have submitted an application, but I have not yet heard anything back?

Can I send my resume via fax, mail, or email?

What if I am interested in multiple positions? Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. Please apply for each position of interest that matches your experience and the requirements stated in the job description. Your application will be considered against each job for which you apply.

Why can’t I find a job posting I heard about?

For one of the following reasons:

  • The position has reached its posting expiration date.
  • The position has been removed from the system.
  • The position has been filled.

Do I need a degree to work at Weatherford?

If a degree is a requirement, that will usually be stated in the job description. It mostly depends on the level and nature of the role you are interested in.
