Quantum™ Geothermal PT Gauge
Enables precision pressure temperature surveys in ultra-high temperature environments
Applications
- Geothermal
- Gradient surveys
Features and Benefits
- Operating temperatures up to 662°F (350°C) makes it suitable for geothermal and high temperature wells
- Capable of operating in both memory and surface readout mode, offering operational flexibility
Tool Description
The Weatherford geothermal PT gauge is a subsurface high-temperature memory tool designed to continuously measure and record downhole pressure and temperature.
The PT gauge has excellent thermal protection from temperatures up to 662°F (350°C). A fast response temperature sensor (RTD) provides a high accuracy temperature profile of the well.
Communication is via USB interface and the tool is powered using AA cell batteries.
