In-Line Flowmeter

Provides a continuous flowmeter log while in tubing

Applications

  • Production logging flow and injection profiling

Features and Benefits

  • Combines with high-speed digital (HD) telemetry platform production logging services
  • Provides flow measurement when placed anywhere in the toolstring
  • Features variable sizes for compatibility with minimum wellbore restriction

Tool Description

The Weatherford in-line flowmeter is a compact tool that provides a continuous flowmeter log while in tubing. It acts as a secondary or back-up flowmeter to the full-bore or fixed-cage spinners while logging in casing or liners. Available in three sizes, the flowmeter is robust, reliable, and simple to service.

As with all HD tools, the internal temperature is recorded to nonvolatile memory that enables maintaining detailed temperature exposure records.
