Automatic Service Recovery and CygNet Broadcast Webinar Summary

Automatic Service Recovery has been enhanced to include a single service failover recovery stage, do you know how it works?  CygNet Broadcast allows you to send notifications to both Studio and Vision applications to alert users to site wide information.  Have you seen it in action yet?  Do you want to know how to set-up and configure these options for yourself?

In our July webinar we covered both ASR and Broadcast.  ASR can still be configured on a per-service-basis, but in the Configure RSM Redudancy dialog there is a new section that will allow you to set-up bulk ASR options, including auto-failover.

CygNet Broadcast functions with both HMIs, Studio, and Vision.  It is designed to share simple messages with clients.  One application start-up, the GNS is contacted to look for any new messages, and to find out how often it should continue to check.
